When we originally planned a virtual conference for this season, we had every intention of pouring into you from a distance. But after navigating some unexpected life challenges and taking time to reflect, we knew one thing for certain, this moment deserved more.

So we pivoted. And we made the decision to transform what was going to be a virtual gathering into something far more powerful: an in-person Visionary Mastermind experience. This isn’t just an opportunity to learn together, it’s a chance to celebrate. This year marks five years of me whispering to the childcare community, and over two decades of running toward the empowered vision that God placed in my heart.

I’m so grateful for the continued support, understanding, and grace you’ve shown throughout this journey. While some may not be able to make the new dates, for those of you who can, we’re not just gathering, we’re celebrating legacy, purpose, and vision in motion.
