EVENT ENTRY & TICKET POLICY

Doors open promptly at 3:00 PM and close at 3:15 PM. The show begins promptly at 3:16 PM, unless otherwise adjusted or communicated by TEA Management.

Guests are strongly encouraged to arrive on time. Once doors close at 3:15 PM, entry may no longer be permitted.

NAME VERIFICATION

The name of every person who purchased a ticket will be checked at the door against the event ticket registration list. Guests must provide the name used when purchasing their ticket to gain entry.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

There are no refunds or exchanges for any reason. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise authorized by TEA Management.
