Payment Policy

• All payments are due on the 1st of each month.

• Any bounced, disputed, or late payments will result in automatic removal from the WClub.

• Annual memberships are non-refundable.

 

Accountability and Participation

• This group is founded on empowerment, growth, and accountability. Active participation is essential.

• Cameras must be on for all virtual meetings unless otherwise approved in advance.

• Mastermind sessions are first-come, first-served, with limited seating.

• Members are responsible for their own travel, accommodations, and expenses for in-person events.

 

Behavioral Guidelines

The WClub is a safe and uplifting space. To maintain the integrity of our community:

• Treat all members with respect and professionalism.

• Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere in discussions and chats.

• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the group without refund.

 

Conference Policy

• Conferences are not included in your WClub membership.

• Members will receive a discounted WClub rate for conferences.

 

Mastermind Sessions

• Mastermind events are designed for intensive learning and connection.

• Members must arrange their own lodging and meals.

• Attendance is limited, and reservations are required.
